Residential Laundry process

Every customer will have a separate laundry bag where our factory will inspect for damaged, check for laundry label instructions ( dry cleaning or normal wash) and tagged the items individually where we do not want to mess up the launder items. White and colored clothing were sorted out and wash separately to prevent color run. Once we detect any damaged items (e.g. torn, holes, stained mark), we will notify the customers immediately via phone call or Whats App message. Damaged items will not be laundered unless agreeable by customers to proceed to clear us from any liabilities on the damaged,

After washing the clean clothes were folded or iron with hanger and proceed with packing on poly bag. Customer service crew or Drivers will contact customer to arrange for delivery.

Payment

Payment can be arranged by bank transfer or cash collection by drivers upon delivery.
