Q: What are the different mode of payment?
A: We accept 3 different modes of payment.
- Cash – Pay cash to our drivers during collection
- Cheque – For cheque payment, please make payable to Astar Business Pte Ltd
- Bank Transfer- Transfer to our bank Account DBS Account Number 070-902177-8
Q: Are the price quoted included with GST ?
A: There is No GST on our laundry price list and we do not charge customer GST.
Q: Any late payment charges for contract laundry ?
A: Yes, late payment administrative of min $20 or 2% is chargeable.
Q: Why are there additional charges for express service?
A: For express service, your laundry or dry cleaning will serve as the top priority where overtime work for workers is deemed necessary there are also major disruptions on our schedule and processes.
