We understand that sometimes you required your clothing to be returned to you urgently for special occasions and we have 4 different types of laundry delivery service:-

  • Super Express Delivery – Within 24 hrs or next working day
  • Express Delivery – Within 1-2 working days
  • Urgent Delivery – Within 3-4 working days
  • Normal Delivery – Within 5-7 working days

Additional Charges only apply to Super Express, Express and Urgent laundry delivery service. No additional charge for normal service. We provide Free laundry pick up and free laundry delivery service with a minimum laundry service spend.

Terms and Conditions for laundry collection and laundry delivery service:

  • Laundry collection service is based on scheduled date and a slight delay may be expected depends on traffic conditions.The collection crew will also assist you if you select the appropriate laundry service upon collection. Do inform our collection crew if you have any special request example stain remover, super express, express, urgent or normal laundry delivery service.
  • Laundry delivery service will be made within 5-7 working days. Turnaround time may be extended during peak season (eg. During festive seasons like Chinese New Year etc)
  • Laundry collection and laundry delivery service are free with a minimum order. If any order less than the minimum order customer will be invoiced the minimum laundry fee, usually we will advise the customer to add on to meet the min order.
  • Customers are encouraged to check items immediately upon delivery. Unsatisfactory or missing items must be reported within the next 24 hours after the delivery is made. Claims made after 24 hours will not be valid.

FAQ

Q: What happens if we do not meet the minimum order for laundry collection?
A: We encourage customers to add on or top up to the minimum order else transportation charges of $10 applies. Alternative you can walk into our factory with an appointment but not recommended due to personal safety concerns.

Q: What if during collection and delivery, Can I request my laundry to be left outside the house?
A: Yes, it is very common and we have some customer had such request. All you need to do is to provide us this instruction in the remarks section of the laundry service web form or call our customer service crew. We will leave your laundry at your door and in any cases, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your unattended laundry.

Q: Can I request the exact time for collection and delivery?
A: Sorry you are unable to fix an exact time for collection and delivery, our driver will contact you one day in advance and provide you an estimated time with a two to three-hour window on the collection and delivery day. We will try our best to suit you.

Q: What is the collection lead time after an order is placed?
A: Normally our driver will contact you within 24 hrs for pickup after order confirmation.
In any unforeseen circumstances, due to tight schedule or delay, our driver will inform you of our next available collection day and        time
